No, the listed prices exclude tax and gratuity. Standard sales tax and a 23% gratuity will be added to your final bill. Three percent goes towards processing the credit card and 20% is for the busser, server, and bartender. Please be aware that all pricing is subject to change.
Bartolino's Twin Oaks request an estimated guest count one week before your event to appropriately prepare. This number will serve as your minimum guarantee and cannot be decreased. If fewer guests attend, charges will still apply for the guaranteed number. Should additional guests arrive, we will gladly accommodate them and adjust your final bill accordingly.

To reserve your private dining room, a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No contract is required. On the day of your event, you may choose your preferred method of payment for your final bill.

To ensure the beauty and preservation of our event spaces, we kindly ask that decor adhere to the following:
-Balloons and floral arrangements are warmly welcomed with weights. Please refrain from attaching them in any way to chairs, tables, etc.
-Freestanding decor is encouraged; we ask that walls, ceilings, and tables remain free of adhesives, tape, pins, or tacks.
-Table decor should be contained and structured, rather than scattered (no confetti, glitter, or loose decorative cutouts).
-Decor may not be attached in any way to TVs or chandeliers.
-We have an easel available for signage. You may also create a video or screensaver to display on the TVs.
For ambiance and safety, we invite the use of battery-operated candles. Please refrain from lit and fuel operated candles. We kindly ask that desserts are sprinkle free.
